The short version

Live bidding takes a 20% deposit (minimum 25 €), refunded in full if you do not win and deducted from the price if you do. The highest approved bid on a panel at closing time wins it. I check every sponsor and logo by hand and may refuse one.

While the site displays the Demo data banner, bids are simulations: they are not stored, do not charge a card, and do not create a contract.

What is being sold

Ten sponsorship placements on a BMW M3 G80 that I will own and drive. Winning a panel buys an approved die-cut vinyl decal of your logo on that placement for twelve months, plus a brand listing and link on this site. Placements described as a pair use one design on both sides of the car.

This is a personal project run by Aleksandar Hristov, based in Bulgaria. It is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by BMW AG. BMW, M, and M3 are trademarks of BMW AG.

How the auction works

• Placing a live bid charges a 20% deposit, minimum 25 €, by card. Deposits already paid on the same panel count toward a later bid, so reclaiming it after being outbid charges only the difference.
• A bid is not public and does not count until its deposit is paid and the sponsor and logo are approved.
• Each placement has a starting price. A new bid must beat the standing bid by at least 50 €.
• A valid bid in the final 10 minutes extends that placement's closing time by 10 minutes, preventing a last-second bid from ending the auction immediately.
• The highest approved bid when a placement closes wins it, whether or not the overall funding goal is reached.

Payment and refunds

All payments settle in euros. Dollar amounts are indicative conversions and are not the amounts charged. Stripe processes card payments; I never see or store full card details.

When the auction closes, non-winning deposits are refunded automatically. A winner's deposit is deducted from the final price. The remaining amount may be charged to the authorised payment method; if that charge needs further authentication or fails, I will send a payment link and invoice instead.

If a winner does not pay the remainder within seven days, I may cancel the win, offer the placement to the next highest approved bidder, and retain the deposit to the extent permitted by applicable law. Card-provider processing times for refunds are outside my control.

Your brand and logo

By uploading a logo, you confirm that you have the right to use it and authorise me to reproduce, resize, and adapt it solely to review, print, display, photograph, film, and promote the placement.

I review every sponsor and logo before it appears. I may refuse unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, sexually explicit, politically extreme, infringing, conflicting, or otherwise unsuitable material. A refused bid is cancelled and its deposit refunded in full. Final decal sizing and positioning may be adjusted for panel shape, safe installation, legal requirements, and visibility.

What I promise, and what I do not

I will produce the approved decal, apply it to the agreed placement, and drive and feature the car during the twelve-month term. The placement may appear at meets, road trips, track days, and in photos or videos I publish.

I make no promise about impressions, reach, views, clicks, sales, or return on investment. You are buying presence, not performance. A decal is paid placement, not an endorsement in either direction: I do not vouch for the sponsors, and they do not vouch for me.

If a sponsor later proves fraudulent, unlawful, materially misrepresented, or harmful to the project, I may remove the decal and refund the unused part of the term pro rata, unless the sponsor's own breach makes a refund inappropriate or unlawful.

If things go wrong

If a covered panel is repaired or replaced, I will use reasonable efforts to reproduce and reapply the decal. If the car is stolen, written off, or unavailable for a substantial part of the term, you may choose a reasonable replacement placement or a pro-rata refund for the unused period, where practical.

If I cancel the auction before it closes, every deposit is refunded in full and nothing further is owed. Events outside reasonable control may delay installation or appearances; I will communicate material delays and offer a fair extension or pro-rata remedy where appropriate.

Liability

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or losses caused by third-party services, events outside reasonable control, or materials supplied by a sponsor. Direct liability connected with a placement is limited to the amount paid for that placement, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. We will first try to resolve disputes in good faith; otherwise, the competent Bulgarian courts have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory jurisdiction rules that apply.
